Wayfetch

Booking that knows the drive.

Wayfetch lets your clients book walks, visits and lessons online, and only offers times your team can actually reach. Real Google Maps drive times, your calendar kept in sync, and a staff app that does the rest.

Join early access

Built by a dog trainer and dog walker in New Hampshire.

A walker's morning on Wayfetch A route from home to Bailey (14 minute drive), Moose and Juno (9 minutes) and Pepper (12 minutes). A client asking for 11:00 is offered 11:20 instead, because that leaves time for the drive from Moose and Juno.
Clients only see times that fit the route. The day stays drivable without you approving every request.

What Wayfetch does

Three things the pet-care tools we used kept leaving to us.

  • Self-booking that fits the route

Clients pick from times that leave room to drive between visits. No more 2:00 in one town and 2:15 two towns over, and no more approving every request by hand.

  • Your calendar, both ways

Connect Google or Outlook. Bookings show up on your calendar, and your dentist appointment blocks booking time. Change either side and the other follows within minutes.

  • A staff app built for the visit

Check in by location, see the entry notes and door code without digging, run a visit timer, snap photos, and send the report to the client before you pull away. Rounds shows the day in order with the drive to the next stop.
